Realized activities within the Project - Development of the information system for inspection supervision E - Inspector

Within the Project – Development of the information system for inspection supervision, E – Inspector, which is being developed with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), in the past period, work was done to improve the functionalities of the test environment for the three pilot inspectorates (State market inspectorate, State labor inspectorate and State administrative inspectorate) and the Inspection Council, through the preparation of a GAP Analysis. The findings determined in the analysis have been applied in the software and it has been put into production. Hence, the implementation of the inspection supervision for the State Market Inspectorate, the State Labor Inspectorate and the State administrative Inspectorate, as well as the issuing of orders for extraordinary inspection supervision by the Inspection Council is already carried out through the E-Inspector Information System.

Also, in the past period, workshops were held for identification of the work specifics during inspection supervision for the State Inspectorate for Agriculture, the Agency for Food and Veterinary Medicine and the State Inspectorate for the Use of Languages, and their modules are currently being developed. In the meantime, these three inspection services have signed agreements for the use of data through the Interoperability Platform with the Central Registry, the Employment Agency and the Customs Administration.

Workshops are currently ongoing with the inspectorates planned for the second quarter, namely: the State Environmental Inspectorate, the State Educational Inspectorate and the State Sanitary and Health Inspectorate. In the next three months, for these three inspectorates, contracts will be signed for the use of data from the Central Registry, the Employment Agency and the Customs Administration, as well as the development of their modules, while their specifics will be taken into account when performing the inspection supervision.

E – Inspector for the new 13 inspection bodies planned within the framework of the project will be fully functional after the completion of the development of all 13 modules, i.e. in March 2024.
