USAID Citizen Participation Project - Activity - Technical Assistance for Inspection Reforms

The main goal of the project is to improve the efficiency and coordination of the inspection services that are under the authority of the Inspection Council, as well as the identification of corrupt points in a part of the inspection services. The following activities were carried out within the Project:
- Analysis of potential “hot spots” points for the occurrence of corruption in the operation of the inspection services;
- Prepared Curriculum for generic training – Integrity of inspectors (Training plan, Manual for trainers, Manual for inspectors with exercises, Presentation of System of integrity in inspection services, Quiz for integrity), and development of SCORM training on Macedonian and Albanian, which are uploaded to the LMS system of the Inspection Council;
- Prepared video about E-inspector and 5 infographics (what is E-inspector, What are the benefits of E-inspector, E-inspector works through, Role and competences of the Inspection Council and Submit a complaint) on Macedonian and Albanian;
- Developed Strategic Guidelines for the organization and work of the inspection services and
Prepared Report on proposed amendments to the Law on Inspection Supervision.
