Regulations
In this section you can view (or download) the laws and bylaws relevant to the work of inspectors and inspection authorities. The regulations are grouped into three categories, which you can access by selecting one of the submenus on the right:
- Law on Inspection
- Bylaws from the Law on Inspection
- Other horizontal regulations
Under the submenus Law on Inspection Supervision and Bylaws from ZIN, you can find the latest consolidated versions (if any are published by the Official Gazette), as well as any possible amendments, including the basic text, arranged chronologically.
Under the Other Horizontal Regulations submenu, you can view (or download) the latest consolidated versions (if any are published by the Official Gazette) of the horizontal regulations that are relevant to the work of inspectors and inspection authorities. Among others, this includes the Law on General Administrative Procedure, the Law on Misdemeanors, the Law on Proposals and Complaints, the Decree on Office and Archive Operations and others, as well as some of the more important bylaws arising from these laws.
